Feels Like Home Butterfly card

Here is another card I crafted with our Feels Like Home paper suite & the butterfly and thanks sentiments from the April Stamp of the Month: “Love So Sweet”. First, I stamped the butterfly in charcoal ink on the stitched white daisy rectangle piece.  I then added “thanks”, also, an image sentiment from the April Stamp of the Month. Then, I stamped another butterfly with charcoal ink, “painted” this butterfly image with our Sugarplum shimmer brush, and then, fussy cut the butterfly. I added a thin strip of glue underneath & in the middle of the butterfly’s body only. I then attached this shimmery butterfly directly on top the gray butterfly stamp and pressed the middle to make sure the two images were aligned and in place. I also curled the wings up with my fingers to give the effect of the butterfly landing or ready to take off! It was a fun process. Try it!
